I have a buddy that owns a z3, slippery beast, and the screen breaks easily, which I have personally witnessed.
I personally own a LG G3, which I really like. My carrier, Fido, are not as big of twits when it comes to upgrades. Fido allowed me to upgrade, and keep my standard plan, but the phone cost me $320 all in, and I am locked to 2 more years. Considering I am paying $15 for 200 minutes, 6 PM E/W, and unlimited picture messaging, I probably am going to be with Fido for a couple of years anyway.
